Self-awareness Workshop - Redefining Who You Are

Saturday, January 19 at 2pm

We'll define and discuss why self-love and self-care are important and how they are the foundation to self-awareness, what it means to you, and how to discover it. Activities include meditation, journal writing and discussion, and introducing crystals and essential oils that are used for Higher-Self, Self-Love and Self Worth. We'll end with a Self-Embracing Yoga Flow.

Yoga Boot Camp - Starting Monday, January 14 at 6:30am

If you have fitness goals or resolutions to help you focus on your yoga practice, then join us for Yoga Boot Camp. Boot camp meets three times a week. For four weeks, you will get a fun and challenging workout that combines the best of yoga, core, and high-intensity training designed to transform your body and mind! Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:30am - 7:15am and Fridays, 6:30pm - 7:45pm. Final class is Friday, February 8. Tuition is $125 for the entire series. Drop-in is available for $17. Must purchase boot camp pass. Regular class passes are not accepted. Register here.


Need a unique party idea? Love Yoga can bring you a Girls Night Out yoga party, or a Birthday party (adult or child)! Have your party at our studio, or we can bring the party to you. Party can be based on a theme. Ask about our party packages.

Moving Through Trauma - A Healing Journey
Saturday January 26, 2019 from 2-4pm


This experiential workshop provides an opportunity to explore personal trauma experiences while connecting inward through yoga, meditation, and breathe work. Yoga can play a major role in healing the remnants of traumatic experiences, as our bodies often stores traumatic stress. This workshop includes mindfulness practices, opportunities for journaling, and asana practice; ultimately encouraging the process of making meaning out of these traumatic experiences. Through connecting your mind and body, you will begin to awaken your soul and offer it a path to solace.
