Adrianne Burke, Lead Trainer for YTT 200
(Registered 500HR Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master)
Adrianne loves being in nature, and find it to be a powerful place for healing and growth. She grew up in a rural area on the east coast and later lived in Washington, DC where she experienced urban life. Through both of these experiences, Adrianne found a love for understanding how our environmental plays into our ability to heal. She loves facilitating experiences in nature that link yoga, self care, leadership development, and social justice together in one place. Adrianne’s background is in communications studies, with a minor in both Philosophy and Religious Studies as well as Leadership Studies. She began her yoga practice in 2006 while in college, starting through academic study, and later focusing on practical practices such as pranayama, asana, and meditation. She received her 200HR certification in 2015 in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga from Faith Hunter at Embrace Yoga in DC and her advanced 300HR (500 RYT) in 2019 from Beryl Bender Birch at Studio Bamboo Yoga in Chesapeake, VA. Adrianne is also a Reiki Master Teacher, and offers Reiki workshops and attunements at all levels. She is an social justice advocate and is passionate about helping her hometown community known as the 757 in Virginia Beach to prepare for the effects of sea level rise and other consequences of human caused climate change that affect people living on the east coast in areas close to sea level. She has also worked on animal rights issues, women’s health, voting rights, and public health issues in past jobs, and uses these experiences to give a real world view of how yoga can help us live sustainable lives.

Asia Vianna, Program Director for YTT 200 & YTT 300
(Registered Yoga Teacher 500 HR, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 HR & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider)
Asia’s love affair with movement started in childhood, yet her journey with yoga did not begin until 2014 with a trial class at a local dance studio. From there she was introduced to the mindfulness of yoga at a small community studio. It was not until moving to Hyattsville in 2015 that Asia came across Love Yoga and immediately felt connected and has been hooked on yoga ever since. She enjoys practicing Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. Her interest in yoga goes beyond her own practice as she believes in the healing powers of yoga and desires to spread this power into various community niches. In summer of 2019, Asia became co-owner of the studio along with her mother Vicki! Asia has taught over 1000 hours of yoga classes, workshops and retreats.
