Mexico Yoga Retreat
Thursday June 24, 2021 - Sunday June 27, 2021
Come and enjoy an easy hike on the Azalea Trail in Greenbelt Park with Richelle Barber (did you know we have a National Park/Forest in our backyard?). The Azalea Trail is a 1.2 mile loop trail that will take us through the forest, near streams, and up and down some easy hills. This is a great beginners hike to get some experience, and build some confidence heading into the summer season. Before our hike we will embrace yoga on the land, as we move through sun salutations and then afterward be grounded in love with a stretching and restorative yoga practice with Asia Vianna.
Please bring your own refillable water bottles, as we will have a big water jug. Bring your yoga mat; there will be a limited number available to borrow from the studio.

Richelle runs a youth-focused therapeutic outdoor adventure program at a local non-for-profit in the DC metro area. When she is not working directly with youth in schools and outdoors, she is leading trainings on such topics as: group games initiatives, facilitation skills, diversity and inclusion, child abuse prevention, CPR and first aid, rock climbing, canoeing, caving, and high and low ropes facilitation and rescue. In her free time, Richelle enjoys planning travel (both near and far),cooking, yoga, swimming, running, spending time with family and friends, throwing through that her dog will never fetch, and jumping in puddles with her son. Richelle is currently working towards her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, here at Love Yoga Studio.
