Family Yoga Drop-in Classes Join in on the fun with this family yoga class for children and their grown-ups Wednesdays from 9:15am-10:15am. During this class we will explore yoga as play with various developmentally appropriate activities for the little yogis, while also providing opportunities for the grown ups to get into the yoga mood. Each pass is for the entire family (adult & child(ren) 0-6 years old). An adult must be present with the child(ren) during the entire class. Come ready to explore wonderful yoga movements, while using your imagination!

Yogi Night Camp Night camp (Mar 21st, Apr 25th, May 30th, Jun 20th) is a three hour (6-9pm), evening, drop-off for yogis ages 3-9 years old that are potty independent. During this three hour session, your young yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. Your young yogi will also be taught tools to control their breath and techniques to focus and concentrate. This is a high-energy age group and we will keep them busy in a screen-free environment. A light, healthy snack will be offered. You are welcome to pack your young yogi their own personal snack. Doors are locked 15 minutes after night camp starts and unlocked 15 minutes before night camp ends. There is a late fee if your young yogi is picked up after the 5 minute grace period. 

Baby Love Class Series This 45-minute parent-child class is designed to foster movement exploration through developmentally appropriate yoga poses, baby dance jams, and supported rolls. In this child and parent class you’ll also find a supportive environment for you to nurture your little mover’s social development with other yogi babies! Baby Love is broken down into two age ranges; 4-11 months (Sundays 8:45am-9:30am January 12th-March 29th) & 12-23 months (Saturdays 11:30am-12:15pm March 7th-21st; Saturdays 8:45am-9:30am Apr 4th, Apr 18th, May 16th, 30th & Jun 13th) to ensure a developmentally appropriate environment for every little one. ​

Yogi Tots Class Series Yoga as Play! Yay! Saturdays 11:30am-12:15pm (Apr 4th, Apr 18th, May 16th, 30th & Jun 13th). This 45-minute family yoga class supports bonding time between you and your 2-3 year old! Children at this age often delight in sharing time together. Come ready to explore various movements through imaginative play, whimsical themes and fun music! 

Young Yogis Class Series Bring your 4-6 year old yogi to this independent class, with Teacher Annelise Sundays 11:30am-12:30pm; Mar 29th, Apr 5th, Apr 12th, & Apr 26th! During this four week class series, your Young Yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. In this fun upbeat class, children are supported in learning yoga at a developmentally appropriate level, while also being offered a pathway to mindfulness. In this class, Young Yogis will connect to themselves and others, harness their breath, move their bodies, practice their ability to focus and relax!​

Goddess Girl Workshop Join Asia Vianna for this movement workshop (Saturdays Mar 21st 2:30pm-5:30pm, Apr 18th, May 16th, & Jun 20th 1:30pm-4:30pm) designed for preteen and teenage girls. Goddess Girl offers an introduction to yoga and other mindful movements. Other activities may include journaling, aromatherapy, and uplifting discussions. The goal of Goddess Girl is to promote empowerment, self-love, and a positive body image. Goddess Girl gives young ladies tools to destress and manage emotions. A healthy snack will be provided and each Goddess Girl will receive a small commemorative gift!


Dear Yogi Workshop Dear Yogi is a combination of two mindfulness practices; yoga and journaling. The class begins with a yoga warm-up and energetic sequence, followed by a journaling session based off of creative writing prompts. During journaling, yogis are encouraged to engage in personal reflections on their experiences, goals, and dreams. While the journaling practice fosters an opportunity for introspection, the yoga practice provides an opportunity for concentration, stress relief, and mind-body connection. The workshop ends with a grounding yoga sequence.
