Family Yoga Drop-in Classes Join in on the fun with this family yoga class for children and their grown-ups Wednesdays from 9:30am-10:00am. During this clas,s we will explore yoga as play with various developmentally appropriate activities for the little yogis, while also providing opportunities for the grown ups to get into the yoga mood. Each pass is for the entire family (adult & child(ren) 1-4 years old). An adult must be present with the child(ren) during the entire class. Come ready to explore wonderful yoga movements, while using your imagination!

Yogi Night Camp Night camp is a three hour (6-9pm), evening, drop-off for yogis ages 3-9 years old that are potty independent. During this three hour session, your young yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. Your young yogi will also be taught tools to control their breath and techniques to focus and concentrate. This is a high-energy age group and we will keep them busy in a screen-free environment. A light, healthy snack will be offered. You are welcome to pack your young yogi their own personal snack. Doors are locked 15 minutes after night camp starts and unlocked 15 minutes before night camp ends. There is a late fee if your young yogi is picked up after the 5 minute grace period. 

Baby Love Class Series This parent-child class is designed to foster movement exploration through developmentally appropriate yoga poses, baby dance jams, and supported rolls. In this child and parent class you’ll also find a supportive environment for you to nurture your little mover’s social development with other yogi babies! ​

Yogi Tots Class Series Yoga as Play! Yay! This toddler and preschooler yoga class supports bonding time between you and your 2-5 year old! Children at this age often delight in sharing time together. Come ready to explore various movements through imaginative play, whimsical themes and fun music! 

Young Yogis Class Series During this class, your Young Yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. In this fun upbeat class for children (3-9 years old) are supported in learning yoga at a developmentally appropriate level, while also being offered a pathway to mindfulness. In this class, Young Yogis will connect to themselves and others, harness their breath, move their bodies, practice their ability to focus and relax!​


Junior Yogis Class Series Calling all 7-12 year olds, who are ready to release some energy through fun yoga poses and activities! Junior Yogis will also learn tools to control their breath and increase focus and concentration.


Dear Little Yogi Class Series Dear Grownups, give your dear little yogi (4-9 year olds) a chance for story time and mindful writing, drawing and coloring activities. We will end our class with yoga stretching!


Dear Yogi Class Series Dear Yogi is a combination of two mindfulness practices; yoga and journaling. The class begins with a creative writing and journaling session, followed by a mini yoga flow. Yogis are encouraged to engage in personal reflections on their experiences, goals, and dreams. While the journaling practice fosters an opportunity for introspection, the yoga practice provides an opportunity for concentration, stress relief, and mind-body connection.


Goddess Girl Workshop Join Asia Vianna for this movement workshop (Saturdays Mar 21st 2:30pm-5:30pm, Apr 18th, May 16th, & Jun 20th 1:30pm-4:30pm) designed for preteen and teenage girls. Goddess Girl offers an introduction to yoga and other mindful movements. Other activities may include journaling, aromatherapy, and uplifting discussions. The goal of Goddess Girl is to promote empowerment, self-love, and a positive body image. Goddess Girl gives young ladies tools to destress and manage emotions. A healthy snack will be provided and each Goddess Girl will receive a small commemorative gift!


Yogi Summer Camp Summer camp is a three hour drop-off for yogis ages 3-9 years old that are potty independent. During this three hour session, your young yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. Your young yogi will also be taught tools to control their breath and techniques to focus and concentrate. This is a high-energy age group and we will keep them busy in a screen-free environment. A light, healthy snack will be offered. You are welcome to pack your young yogi their own personal snack. Doors are locked 15 minutes after Summer Camp starts and unlocked 5 minutes before Summer Camp ends. There is a late fee if your young yogi is picked up after the 5 minute grace period. Lunch Bunch (12:00pm-1:00pm) options available as an add-on.

​​Establishing age ranges for the classes helps support each child’s development, while the instructor can focus on the individual needs of a child. The class structure enables the children to move freely and encourages developmentally appropriate social interactions.
