Friday 13th: Meditation 101 Workshop 6:00pm-7:00pm (in-studio)

This beginner-friendly meditation series invites participants to slow down through mindful breathing, grounding practices, gentle inner listening, exploring rest and reflection as a way to reconnect with ourselves during the colder months. Participants will learn simple, accessible meditation techniques to calm the mind, build awareness, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. Every session will close with a brief creative journaling activity to reflect on insights gathered along the way.

Sunday 15th: A Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Workshop for Black History Month 6:00pm-8:00pm (in-studio)

Langston’s Dream Body is a donation-based, trauma-sensitive workshop blending gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, and journaling to explore how dreams live and move through the body, inspired by the poetry of Langston Hughes. Saturday 21st: Softening the Edges: Yoga & Creative Healing for the Inner Child 2:00pm-4:00pm (in-studio)

Sunday 22nd: A Journey Inward - A Virtual Yoga Workshop 10:00am-12:00pm (virtual)

If your body has ever felt unfamiliar, distant, or difficult to inhabit, this workshop offers a gentle pathway back. Through trauma-informed yoga, guided forest therapy invitations—experienced indoors or outdoors depending on comfort and conditions—along with meditation, journaling, and optional supportive sharing, we will explore what it means to return to the body as a place of connection and belonging.

Friday 27th: Yoga for Healing: Inside/Out - Part 1 11:00am-2:00pm (hybrid)

Yoga for Healing: Inside/Out is a trauma-sensitive, two-part series designed to support reflection, transition, and renewal. Through mindful movement, breath, and rest, participants reconnect with their inner rhythms, deepen trust in their bodies, and gather tools for resilience and well-being. Part 1 – Turning Inward & Building Capacity. An invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and move with gentle awareness—bringing ease, clarity, and quiet confidence into daily life.

  • Full Moon Yoga Circle

    Join A Tribe Called Love, for an opportunity to reflect, connect, and release during our magical full moon! We will begin with a welcoming circle where where we will center and then journal, followed by a grounding warm-up that leads us into our moon salutations (asanas/pose sequence), ending with a moon-centered meditation and savasana. The purpose is to take advantage of the power within this evening and within ourselves!

  • ​​New Moon Circle

    Join A Tribe Called Love, for an opportunity to reflect, and connect during our magical new moon circle! This workshop is packed with the practice of yoga mudras, a new moon reading, yoga nidra, reiki, a circle discussions and other introspective activities. Join us for a gentle support circle, for the journey and aligning our lives with the moon cycle!

  • Relax & Renew

    Come rest, restore, and renew! This workshop is a combination of journaling, restorative yoga poses, and Yoga Nidra. Restorative yoga is meant to take your body into deep relaxation, while yoga nidra is yogic sleep that cultivates conscious ease and can bring about a soothing state of being.

  • Befriending the Goddess Within Workshop

    Are you ready to find the Goddess within? Have you already found her and wanting to fulfill her? Join Asia Vianna for a Goddess inspired asana (poses), pranayama (breathe work), meditation, improvisation and self-exploration practice. This workshop will include use of the singing bowl, mudra and mantra guidance, as well as journaling. This can be done in 1-4 parts, depending on the needs of the group.

  • Moving Through Your Trauma: A Healing Journey

    This experiential workshop provides an opportunity to explore personal trauma experiences, while connecting inward through yoga, meditation, and breathe work. Yoga can play a major role in healing the remnants of traumatic experiences, as our bodies often keep this traumatic stress stored inside.This two-hour workshop will include mindfulness practices, opportunities for journaling, and asana practice; ultimately encouraging the process of making meaning out of these traumatic experiences. Through connecting your mind and body, you will begin to awaken your soul and offer it a path to solace.
