Prenatal Yoga is Back!
Our 4-Week Prenatal Yoga Series begins January 20. Practice yoga with other pregnant moms in a supportive environment. No yoga experience necessary, and all trimesters are welcome. Register for the entire series, or prenatal drop-ins are available. Go to our Schedule or Rate page to register.
Mindful Eating Workshop
Do you rush through every meal, or mindlessly snack even if you're not hungry? Learn techniques to ignore distractions during mealtime, focus on nourishment, and mindfully eat your food at our Mindful Workshop on Saturday, January 20 at 1pm. Wear comfortable clothes so we can move a little. Light snacks provided. Register on our Schedule or Rates page.
Are you a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or any type of athlete? Or maybe you need a little more range and flexibility? If so, try our Yoga for Athletes Class on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. This class is great for anyone who feels stiff in their body and wants to gain flexibility in body and mind.
TGIF Yoga Starts Earlier
Beginning January 5, our TGIF Yoga will start at 6:30pm. This is a great class to cap off your week and ease into the weekend.
Restorative Yoga is back on Thursdays at 6:30pm. Relax in this restful, 75-minute class propped up on bolsters and cushions that help your body release tension and stress.
