New Classes Starting January
We've updated our class offerings beginning in January. Here's a snapshot:
Every other Sunday beginning January 6: Candlelight Yin at 3pm
Yoga Boot Camp (3 times a week) beginning January 14: Monday and Tuesdays, 6:30am and Fridays, 6:30pm
Wednesdays at 7:45pm: Hatha Yoga (Intermediate to Advanced)
Thursdays at 6:30pm: Candlelight Flow
Saturdays (4 Week Series) beginning January 12: Prenatal Yoga at 11:30am

Yoga Boot Camp in January
If you have fitness goals or resolutions to help you focus on your yoga practice, then join us for Yoga Boot Camp. Boot camp meets three times a week. For four weeks, you will get a fun and challenging workout that combines the best of yoga, core, and high-intensity training designed to transform your body and mind! Beginning January 14, boot camp schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:30am - 7:15am and Fridays, 6:30pm - 7:45pm. Tuition is $125 for the entire series. Drop-in passes are available for $17. Must purchase boot camp pass. Regular class passes are not accepted. Register here.
If you are an expectant mom, join us for our 4-week Prenatal Series. All trimesters welcome, and no yoga experience is necessary. If you can't make it to all four weeks, drop-ins are available. Register is open. First class starts on Saturday, January 12 at 11:30am. Must purchase a Prenatal Series or Prenatal drop-in pass. Regular class pass not accepted.
