New Class on Wednesday Evenings
Movement & Meditation will explore mindfulness through movement and stillness. Class starts with 45 minutes of a slow, yet challenging flow, followed by 15 minutes of seated meditation. With a focus on yoga's foundation, this class is great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Join Asia Vianna for a Goddess-inspired asana, pranayama, meditation, improv and self-exploration practice on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 2-4pm. This workshop will use essential oils, a singing bowl, mudra and mantra guidance, and journaling. Each yogini will leave with a small gift. Prenatal Yoga is Back
This class is designed for pregnant women, regardless of their yoga experience, to practice yoga in a safe and supportive environment. All trimesters are welcome, and no yoga experience necessary. Drop-ins are okay, or sign up for all four weeks. Must purchase prenatal class passes. Monthly membership or regular class passes not accepted for this specialty class.
