A Love Yoga Studio retreat is a way for you to experience yourself in a new light and to establish where you are on your wellness journey. Whether you’ve been on a wellness retreat before or not, we want to support you as you treat yourself to this personal investment that has lasting impacts!

What’s Included?
With two curated workshops, you will participate in guided reflection activities, introspective journaling prompts, guided breathing, and moving meditations.
Room & bathroom accommodations for two nights, six meals and five private group yoga classes at the retreat home. Enjoy the specially curated yoga classes led by our wonderful Yoga Teachers! Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday will be provided as well as lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
A $100 deposit saves your spot for our upcoming retreat! Your total retreat cost is due 3 weeks before the retreat begins.
$25 housekeeping fee will be charged to the card on file, 3 days prior to the retreat.
Love Yoga Studio hosts 4 retreats each year
The fall, winter, and spring retreats are typically local (within 2-3 hours of the studio). The summer retreat is typically international and lasts about 5 days.
