Membership Details

Membership benefits include a guest pass each month, access to Open Studio times as well as savings on trainings and retreats. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Student's credit card is charged automatically once a month, on the same day. 30 days notice is required to cancel a membership. Membership cannot be transferred to another person, but may be used within your immediate family.

Studio Policies

Refund Policy: All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges and credits may be issued on a case by case basis.

No Show Policy: In the instance that a student registers for class and does not deregister at least 12 hours prior to the start time of that class, one credit will be deducted from their class pass. This will ensure that we respect the time and energy of our teachers and that they are fairly compensated for their preparation for class.

Late Cancellation Policy: All classes cancelled within 12 hours of start time will count as a late cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of credits for that class.

Use of Passes: Check the expiration date for your specific pass. Select passes may be shared amongst immediate family members.

Children Attendance: Children 4 months old-3 years old are to be accompanied by an adult to class. Children 4-12 years old are to be dropped off. Due to limited space, parents cannot stay at the studio during these independent classes. Children 13 years and older are welcome in any regular class accompanied by an adult. Adolescents, 16 and 17 years old do not need to be accompanied by an adult.

Inclement Weather Closing: Closings and cancellations will be announced on our website and social media platforms. It will also be clearly marked on the online schedule.
